New York, NY (February 5, 2025) - Wendt Partners, a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner headquartered in New York City, announced today that the firm is expanding its presence in New York State by opening the firm’s new Enterprise CRM Innovation Center (ECIC) in Greater Binghamton, at the heart of the state’s Southern Tier region. This location will complement the firm’s existing headquarters location in Queens, New York City.

The center is located inside Koffman on Plaza, an extension of the award-winning Koffman Southern Tier Incubator. The Koffman on Plaza facility is already home to other technology firms who maintain headquarters in New York City and are utilizing Greater Binghamton as a center for engineering, research and development. These include ZeroMark, an Andreessen Horowitz-backed startup focused on providing counter-drown technologies to the military and defense marketplace.

Made possible by generous donations from the Koffman family as well public and private partners, the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator is the region’s premier technology incubation and commercialization startup center, providing funding, advisory services and other support to emerging companies in technology, clean energy and related fields.

The Wendt Partners Enterprise CRM Innovation Center (ECIC) will allow the firm to draw upon the emerging technology workforce of the Southern Tier region including students and interns from both Binghamton University and SUNY Broome. Binghamton University is the number-one ranked public university in the Empire State and a leader in technology research and innovation. Bloomberg L.P. invested $5 million in AI research grants and programs at Binghamton University in 2024, alongside federal and other private grants for this emerging field.

The Enterprise CRM Innovation Center (ECIC) will focus on CRM and AI solution development as well as planning for future product and service offerings around HubSpot, the world’s number one CRM platform for growing companies. As a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner, Wendt Partners is uniquely positioned to lead in the development of new deployment strategies and solutions for HubSpot CRM enterprise clients, especially those in the industrial, technical and complex B2B markets.

“As HubSpot’s first North American Elite Partner to become both SOC 2 compliant and ISO 27001 certified, Wendt Partners is at the cutting edge of information technology, solution engineering and IT security,” said Douglas Wendt, Co-Founder and Senior Partner. “We feel confident that our expanded investment in growing here in the Empire State through the establishment of our new Enterprise CRM Innovation Center (ECIC) will be essential to our long-term success.”
